Update custom nodes code examples

Thanks for this awesome library ☺️

I went through the custom nodes guide but ran into errors when just trying out the example code. I modified it a little to get it working on my machine, figured it might be nice to have a working example in the docs as well!

I'm new to both this library and svelte so might have missed things.

My dependencies while testing in case that has something to do with it:
