Changes:

• Buttons now have a white color, to work better with some dark themes.
• Escape cancels out of confirm. Enter or Space confirms it.

Fixes:

• Do not attempt to save totally new files (#19)
• No longer crash if build is triggered from an unsaved file (#27)
