Task description

Consistently use either "Unnamed Agent" or "Untitled Agent" throughout the project.

Background

The terms "Unnamed Agent" and "Untitled Agent" are used interchangeably, causing inconsistency. We need to choose one and use it consistently across the codebase and documentation.

TODO (Optional)

  • Decide whether to use "Unnamed Agent" or "Untitled Agent".
  • Search the codebase and documentation for both terms.
  • Replace the term not chosen with the chosen term.
  • Verify that all instances are updated.

Additional notes (Optional)

The choice of term should consider clarity and consistency with other projects if applicable.

@shige I think Untitled is more commonly used in cases like this.
