This updates the Run [Beatname] in Docker pages to mention the availability of the Wolfi images, with a link to the Blog article about why they were introduced.
Note to reviewers: Please confirm that the path is correct for the Wolfi image. I've just assumed based on what we have in the Elastic Agent docs.
