An app that gives you a space to journal, label emotions, and track lifestyle habits (like water intake, sleep, gratitude, etc). Also, make lists like morning/night routines and feel-good hobbies/tasks.

Install npm
and expo-cli
.
npm install -g expo-cli
Download all dependencies by running:
npm install
Run the application with expo-cli
:
expo start
See the application on web by pressing w
on terminal or download Expo Go
and scan the code to view it on your phone. Details
Journal: Write notes, guided notes (with prompts), add pictures to capture your day and store your memories.
Mood Tracker: Label your emotions and track how your days are going.
Lifestyle: Track water intake, amount of sleep (and timings), physical work.
Gratitude journal: Write three things you are grateful of daily.
Dream journal: Write your dreams for the memories or to take a look into your subconsiousness.
Feed: More information about mental and physical health.
