I accidentally committed to main... But can we bump this jll in general? or is there some kind of delicate release process we have to follow?

I need to bump this version because it's holding ↓ OpenSSL_jll v3.0.15+1 ⇒ v1.1.23+1

Edit: ok I realized it won't solve the problem because: https://github.com/JuliaBinaryWrappers/XRootD_cxxwrap_jll.jl/blob/c8ee8db6970f703b6eb9853f52f6521fdf0a0c4f/Project.toml#L15

I would like also to take the occasion to bump CxxWrap, but I need to regenerate the wrappers. Can you wait till Monday?
