@hrb-hub So what about the general and frequent failure of Tutamail to detect online status? This has not been an issue about half a year or longer ago, so you guys must have patched this "bug" into the app afterwards. It's annoying af.

It appears you have default delivery set to confidential. So what you're seeing is the password you would normally set when sending an email to a non Tuta email address. The reason you're seeing this is because you accidentally put the wrong recipient address, it should be "hello[at]tutao.de" not "hello[at]tuta.de"

Hope this helps :)

This issue persists even when logging in via Browser, btw.
After I entered the credentials, it will load forever.

You guys got a serious problem going on with your service.

I'm sorry you're still experiencing issues logging in. We do appreciate the logs and the details you guys provide, but I'm afraid we haven't been able to reproduce it locally yet.

I can only speak for myself, but it looks like this issue has been solved recently. I haven't experienced this annoyance for several days, almost a week now. Has anything been changed under the hood of the app?
