./algo issues

Hello all
So I am BRAND SPANKING new to Linux, really all of this. I am currently in school and prepping for my Net+. Anyway, I am trying to setup the VPN using Digital Ocean on a windows OS.
I have Ubuntu, I can not get algo to deploy. I run the command

"./algo"

and in return I get:

Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong? I believe my issue is with ansible-playbook but I may be wrong.

I get a very similar output when using ./algo:

I just had this issue. In the install directions, there are some Windows-specific instructions pointed to here: https://github.com/trailofbits/algo/blob/master/docs/deploy-from-windows.md. Specifically, that has:

cd umask 0002 sudo apt update sudo apt install -y python3-virtualenv git clone https://github.com/trailofbits/algo cd algo
