Field crop type vs LandIQ

Using a spatial join, compared the crop type reported in the field data with the Level_2 classification from the 2016 LandIQ dataset. None of the locations had any information about spring crop classifications.

Site D09 is only field site that does not match the level_2 classification (maize vs. summer fallow).

This field was planted later than our other corn sites and was fallow before that. Maybe they did their verification earlier in the season or it is just part of their uncertainty. We installed D9 on July 15th and the plants were about 1 m high at that point.
