I can't send an email

[TaskTeams]

I set up snipe-IT by using Docker.
I set up env as attached file,however I can't send an e-mail when i checkout asset to user.
Could you please advise for me？

Snipe-IT v6.3.1 build 12672 (g00cea3eb3)
I created G-mail application password.
I try to send an email, I can't send an e-mail
