croc not connecting - January 4th, 2024

the service provider for croc changed the pricing tier for bandwidth usage (see here). I've moved croc to a different service because the costs were going to be too high. there will probably be disruptions while the DNS absorbs the change.

12 hours after your post and still getting connecting...could not connect to 5.78.91.237:9009: comm.NewConnection failed: dial tcp 5.78.91.237:9009: connect: connection refused. I manually updated croc on both sending and receiving machines, for what it's worth.

try rm -rf ~/.config/croc/* to clear your croc cache
