Scatter plot does not show full value on y-axis when used with IPython and value is more than 1000. you can see this in your scatter plot ipython book also by just zooming out.

Thanks for nice project, it would be nice to show the values for the point also on the scatter plot upon mouse hovering, this is just a whishlist :)
