Tested versions

Reproducible between v4.1.1.stable.official [bd6af8e] and v4.3.stable.official [77dcf97]

System information

Godot v4.3.stable - Windows 10.0.22631 - Vulkan (Forward+) - dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER (NVIDIA; 32.0.15.6614) - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor (16 Threads)

Issue description

In 4.3, nodes in the scene tree are spaced much farther apart compared to the previous version used (4.1.1 stable)

There seems to be no method to change the vertical spacing between nodes, which means nodes in the scene tree are spaced farther apart for seemingly no reason. This is an issue because there is nothing to gain from showing less nodes in the scene tree.
