Text node settings not applied after selecting background

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Text node.
2. Enter arbitrary text into the Text node.
3. Select the Playground background.

Expected Behavior

The Text node settings (including the entered text) should remain applied and visible after selecting the Playground background.

Actual Behavior

The settings applied to the Text node, including the text itself, are not reflected or appear to be lost after selecting the Playground background.

Additional Context

This issue makes it difficult to see and work with the Text node after interacting with the Playground background.
