No Replicable Steps, Its a random exception in httpclient

Expected behavior

Should work without any socket exceptions

This looks like network failure, firewall blocking the connect or server misconfiguration e.g. the service not running. You should collect packet capture and possibly enable diagnostic tracing @satya-prismhr
