Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

I am trying to build the newly created aspire project. I am getting error below

Aspire SDK 9 works with .net 8 . but Aspire SDK 9 does not work with .net 8. I have tried uninstall/install/repair aspire workload. I had uninstalled and reinstalled visual studio too.

The workload is no longer required with Aspire 9 (which works with both net8 and net9). I wonder if you are hitting #6549

you might be right.. I fixed the problem by running

dotnet new install Aspire.ProjectTemplates::9.0.0 --force

and now whenever I am creating new aspire project it's building fine. But existing projects are still failing.

so.. are you saying I should configure <SkipAspireWorkloadManifest>true</SkipAspireWorkloadManifest> in the existing project?
