Ok... just noticed this today. I came across a TV show I was encoding for my PLEX Server that required no audio gain. As you can see in the original screenshot of the main page, I have audio parameters in place in the "CustomNVEncC Options:" box. This causes all audio tracks to be transfered to the encoded file. BUT!! When I have nothing in that box (left blank due to no audio adjustment needed), it only encodes the track that I ask it to to MP3 and removes all the others. Tried this several time to double check and when there is something there, BOOM... all audio tracks. When left blank... BAM.... only the one I want converted was converted.
