Additional Info:

I tried to save the command line

aws budgets create-budget \
    --account-id $ACCOUNT_ID \
    --budget file://aws/json/budget.json \
    --notifications-with-subscribers file://aws/json/notifications-with-subscribers.json

as create-budget.sh with the vi editor,
which did not allow me to change the permissions to,
so the script was deleted,
just before the commit.

The aws/json/ directory was not visible in another folder structure.
