prebuild dynamic lib for windows/linux/mac x86 architecture
build in user if prebuild dynamic lib is not found
ship src/ folder with the npm package
add optional peer dependencies "tree-sitter-cli" , https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/v7/configuring-npm/package-json#peerdependenciesmeta
build dynamic library in post-install script
