Risingwave support

Hey, I'm working on a project that utilises Rising Wave. I was planning to write the migrations / table creations through dbmate.

It's a "postgres compatible" database so I presumed dbmate in postgres mode would work well but unfortunately they support varchar but not length specifiers. I was wondering if it would be possible to integrate dbmate and if so what the best way to do so would be :)
