Sort operator acting weird when doing editing #3191

When a Sort operator is dragged out without adding any sorting key, the error message is a NullPointerException.

Once a sort key item is added but not filled yet, the schema fails to propagate through it, making the attribute drop-down failed:

When a Sort Preference is configured, the attribute dropdown is then enabled(finally).
