Local user login and setup via IP Webpage with local control API (enhancement) #94

I would like to see the following added:

A local API for controlling the device, maybe over MQTT for control via home assistant
A local setup and user account that can be used without the cloud login
and an option to add WS2812 LEDs around the frame and control the color of them based on the current shown art.
