[Problem/Bug]: Windows microphone is turned on, other software cannot be used.

What happened?

Webview2 enables Windows microphone, but other software cannot use Windows microphone, while Chrome does not have this issue.

Importance

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.
