[Bug]: When initiating a Send transaction for a token on a different network, users might be presented with an 'Insufficient balance' warning, some token details page options missing

Describe the bug

When initiating a Send transaction for a token on a different network, users might encounter a situation where the token balance does not load immediately, an 'Insufficient balance' warning and preventing the transaction from being created.

To resolve this, users are required to click on the asset picker and re-select the token, after which the correct balance is displayed.

Update

The presence of performance issues is quite noticeable when a user switches between tokens on different networks and affect different areas:

• a noticeable delay for the swap screen to load following a network switch
• certain functionalities, such as the buy or swap options, might not be immediately available on the swap screen
