Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.
We started utilizing the Tenant Alerts, specifically, Alert on % mailbox quota used.
What we found was that we were getting alerts for:
Shared Mailboxes (which for some, might be relevant)
Accounts that are no longer relevant (old employees that their emails were converted to shared mailboxes)
I think it'd be really useful to add some sort of an option to exclude specific accounts from specific alerts once we figure out they are no longer relevant for monitoring or alternatively have the ability to postpone checking them.
